Full refund minus a $35 processing fee will be given for cancellation requests received more than 10 business days before the first day of the workshop. Requests received within 5 -10 business days before the workshop will be refunded 50%, minus a $35 processing fee. Cancellation requests received within 4 business days before the workshop or a no show will not be refunded. The cancellation fee will be waived if the cancelled space in the workshop is filled by a new registrant. Registrants needing to cancel are encouraged to help find an alternate participant in order to avoid the cancellation fee. No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.
